Nervous System Reboot is a guided 3-Day intro session experience designed to support your body in releasing what it has been holding and reconnecting with a more natural state of regulation.
Through Quantum Spine work, we engage both the nervous system and the subtle energy field, allowing your system to shift in a way that feels organic and sustainable.

Quantum Spine Alignment (30 minutes)
Stephanie works within your energy field, observing subtle cues from your body and supporting your spine and nervous system in reorganizing toward greater ease and connection.
Sessions are held on Zoom.
